One pick. Single vineyard wine. Karoo slate soils. Whole bunch pressed and settled for 24 hours before being racked into barrel. Natural fermentation and kept on primary lees for 10 months. No fining.
Complex bruised yellow fruit and fynbos aromatics. Dense mid palate. Long textured finish.
