Bread + Butter Boulevardier Kit


The Boulevardier (so named because its creation is attributed to the founder of a Parisian publication called Boulevardier) is essentially a negroni whereby bourbon replaces gin. In this case, it’s bread+butter XO bourbon cask-aged brandy instead of bourbon. Two steps removed from the classic Negroni, but an absolutely delightful South African cocktail.

To make, simply add a measure of bread+butter XO, Campari and Caperitif to a tumbler filled with ice, stir for a minute and garnish with a slice of orange.
