Eenzaamheid Cinsault 2016
After selling their quality grapes for years, Janno Briers-Louw of Eenzaamheid decided to make some wine himself. Lucky for us, the route he chose was that of minimal intervention, naturally fermented, pure goodness. His Cinsault is a scarily quaffable red, but don’t let the easiness of it fool you, there’s good tartness and structure there, not just accessibility. Chill some bottles in the fridge for when next you need light red refreshment.
