Blackwater ‘Cuvee Terra Lux’ Pinot Noir 2015
100% Pinot Noir from sandstone with quartz deposits over limestone. 70% of the grapes are de-stemmed and cold soaked for 5 days, with 3 weeks of fermentation before pressing. 30% of grapes underwent whole cluster fermentation. The wine is aged in 225L French oak barrels for 18 months.
