Vinevenom Silence NV

A single vineyard located high on the western ridge of the Paardeberg. A non-vintage, solera style Chenin blanc aged under a naturally occurring wild flor yeast veil for one year. The wine shows green olive, bruised apple, oyster shell & sea breeze matched with apricot, quince, Amalfi lemon and almond notes.
