The Brut Reserve is our more mature MCC with a minimum of 36 months on the lees, giving it a fuller and more rounded mouthfeel and warmer flavours. It is perfect for matching with a delicious meal.
Tasting notes: The wine has almonds, quince, orange peel and camomile flower aromas on the nose. There is creamed honey on the palate followed by layers of brioche, lemon thyme and yellow apple.
