Maanschijn Spin Cycle Verdelho 2017


Two components make up this varietal wine: 70% of the fruit was crushed, macerated overnight and pressed directly to aged barrels; 30% of the fruit was fermented in whole bunches for two weeks. The portions were blended once dry, and matured in old French oak for six months. The wine was neither fined nor filtered, and was bottled by hand without any addition of sulphur.
