Vinification: Decomposed granite soils. Grenache 71% and Syrah 29%. Both components were wholebunch fermented and left on the skins for 10-12 days. The Grenache aged in older French oak while the syrah was kept unoaked in concrete. Blended after 11 months and prepped for bottling.
Tasting notes: Perfumed aromatics. Elegant with a backbone of structure. Great focus.
