Decomposed granite soils. Grenache 60% and Syrah 40%. Both components were whole bunch fermented and left on the skins for 10-12 days. The Grenache aged in older French oak while the Syrah was kept unoaked in concrete. Blended after 11 months and prepped for bottling.
Perfumed aromatics. Elegant with a backbone of structure. Great focus.
