Cracking Pinot from an assortment of vineyards in Grabouw, Elgin, Tradouw and the family farm where they make it, in Calitzdorp, the Karoo. Fermented in traditional lagars with a portion of whole bunches, matured 9 months in old French barrels then bottled unfined, unfiltered. Named after the truly resilient catfish, as winemaker Leon calls it, “a most unexpected fish.”
