Publik is a neighbourhood wine bar with a focus on the more unusual and interesting wines available. We serve wines made from sustainably farmed vineyards and made with minimal intervention in the cellar.

The bar is the place to discover quality, lesser-known wines served by a knowledgeable team. Our list changes regularly to ensure you can enjoy something new each time you visit.

We share a space in collaboration with two other great brands:
