This is the one! Formerly known as the SMV, this cracker from Gavin and his Olifantsrivier vineyards can be easily enjoyed on release, but if you’re a patient old hound who likes stocking up on goods then there’s no harm in sticking it on shelf for a few years. Still a Shiraz, Mourvedre and Viognier blend, it’s full bodied but dangerously drinkable. Don’t take our word for it: buy a case and try, just try not to drink it all in a week. Or do. Whatevs.
