- Shipping is charged at a flat rate of R75, regardless of your order quantity.
- Standard delivery is 2 – 3 days from payment receipt unless otherwise specified.
- You’ll receive an email to confirm your order which will include an order number. Use this number to track your delivery on the Track Your Order page.

- If you need to cancel an order, please email us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Publik also reserves the right to cancel any order that we suspect is fraudulent. We may also request an Identity document/card copy to authenticate a transaction before we process it.
We ship to all major cities and towns in South Africa. Unfortunately we do not ship to PO Box addresses, farms or rural areas.
Payments & Pricing
- We accept payment by Credit Card or EFT. Orders paid via EFT are dispatched after proof of payment received.
- All prices are in South African Rands. Prices are per bottle though some curated cases will be sold in packs of 3 or 6. Please note this when you place your order.

Persons ordering must be over 18 years of age. Deliveries must be accepted by someone over 18 years of age.
